Look where we are, we are right in front of La Mata beach and we are showing you the property right in front of this place. You can see the sands of La Mata beach from this balcony, so this is a special opportunity. You rarely find properties for sale here because we just started renting and someone came up and asked if this property was for sale, what was the price and took my business cards. So there is actually a high demand in this area. Okay, why are we in a better place? Because we have a basketball field here, we are five minutes from the center of La Mata, we have a beautiful park right in front of this property, and less than 10 seconds to the beach.
