Happy New Year everyone and welcome back to our YouTube channel Alicante Real Estate. Today we are in Torreblanca, this is the upper part of La Mata. We are in a place that I have never been to, despite having lived here for fifteen years.  

We've never had an apartment or bungalow for sale here, do you know why? Because they are kept. And we are very proud to have this little bungalow for you. It's a bit in the higher price range, but it's something you're unlikely to find here. As mentioned earlier, no one wants to sell property here.

This is a terrace, from here you can see the pool. This urbanization is called "Torres La Mata". It has three pools and this is where we have our ground floor bungalows. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's very cozy here. It is not too big, but it has enough space. This is the living room and kitchen. Each property here is very individual. As I went through the organization, I saw that each property has its own style, which is actually very nice. Well, as you can see, we have a living room here. It has a very beautiful kitchen and a chimney that looks very nice. To be honest, I don't know how it works, it looks like a gas chimney, but I'm not entirely sure about it. There is a guest bedroom with a small storage space. And here we have the main bedroom, it is quite large, with a window, like the kitchen. There is also a bathroom here. Everything looks very nice. 

I have already mentioned that there are three swimming pools on the territory of the organization. The area itself is very beautiful. This is the reason why you pay 700 € per year, but this is quite a bit higher than usual on the coast. And you pay only 242 € taxes per year. Around this urbanization there are good parking spaces on both sides, so there are two entrances to the territory. And this bungalow can be yours for €137,260. I know it's not cheap, usually we try to show you the best and hottest prices, but in this case, it's something special. No one has sold property here for fifteen years. I am sure you will like it.
