Purchasing a home takes place in several stages:

  2. Preparing to buy. Here, in addition to obtaining a NIE and opening an account, there is a legal check of the object and the developer, and the preliminary signing of the contract.
  3. Final signing of the deal.

Reservation of an object consists in signing a reservation agreement between a potential buyer and seller. The document prescribes how long it will take to finalize the contract and draw up a bill of sale for housing. 

The final stage of the acquisition of housing – this is the registration of the sale, payment of duties, taxes and receipt of a certificate of ownership.
