Good afternoon friends. Welcome to another episode on our Alicante Real Estate channel. And this is another real estate tour for one of our properties at the best price here in the Alicante region.

Today I will show you a property with two bedrooms, two bathrooms in the most interesting house in Torrevieja, because there are only three of them and they have almost all properties, they have a very exclusive view of Torrevieja, the beach of Los Locos and the small mountains of Los Locos with small caves. So it's a pretty special place. We're in a very special area, in a very special building that I'm going to talk about now. A new supermarket that was built and opened just recently, this year. So now we have a huge supermarket very close to home because before we didn't have Consum here and there were no supermarkets so people had to walk 10 minutes down the street to find the next small supermarket. Now there is Consum very close to this place. And so, what else do we have, we have the beach of Los Locos, which you can see from the window with the palm trees of El Palmeral of the community that is in front of us, and you can see the caves of Torrevieja and the palm trees, you see this beautiful area, this all Aldea del Mar, built in typical Mediterranean style, which is quite a special and pleasant area where you can walk and enjoy the day. This place is just quite beautiful. From here you can even see this building here, it's built in Arabic style, it's also very beautiful. And I like walking around here, so maybe if you're here someday, you can see how I spend my time here because I live not far from here. Okay, after Loc Locos beach, which is one of the best beaches in Torrevieja, we have Del Cura beach, a little further there is Acequión beach and Naufragos beach. But in my opinion, Los Locos is the best of them. There are several restaurants and recreation areas here. Also on Los Locos beach, there are playgrounds for children. In addition, the sand is changing here, so there is beautiful blue water here because of this new, white sand. So it's a pretty nice beach that's actually very close, we're a one or two minute walk from this property.

Apartment in Torrevieja with two bedrooms near the sea

Alright friends, we are starting our real estate tour right now and showing you a Mediterranean-style two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment priced at 214,000 €. 74 m², glazed balcony, and as you can see, we have air conditioning here. Here you can understand what I meant about the stone: the TV, for example, stands on a stone, it is not furniture, it is a stone. Also, all these shelves in the living room are made of stone. The builders made it look like a typical Mediterranean and a bit Arabic style. And also, you can see the furniture, which is all in the same style. Okay, we have a great corridor, good entrance, but we don't have a very big kitchen, it's small, simple, standard, we have a small bar and an oven, so it really has everything you need. Here we have a washing machine, a boiler, so it's just a place for storage, which is also a pretty good and useful room. This is the main entrance, I want to show you a special thing so you can see what the entrance looks like, as it is quite interesting, follow me. All these apartments here are closed to the center and you can look down at the main entrance. So actually there are a lot of apartments around, whose windows face one hole, so this is quite an interesting building. Also, we have a security guard at the entrance, who carefully examines everyone who enters. There is a very beautiful Mediterranean style entrance with a huge door and beautiful decoration. A very beautiful entrance. The second bedroom is quite small, we have a window to this hole in the building that I showed you earlier. The room is just for sleeping. We have the first bathroom, as if connected to a small bedroom, it has a showersh. Then we have a second, master bedroom with a huge window. You can be here in bed, wake up in the morning and see the beautiful sea, the Alicante Mediterranean, right from your bed. And what I also like about this view is that we have a very good view of the Aldie del Mar pool and this pool is huge. By the way, this is a paid pool because it is not included in the community, but we will make a video next week, maybe the next video will be about Aldea del Mar and we will see what kind of property we can offer you there. And so, here we have an en-suite bathroom with a tub and access from the main bedroom. By the way, the property also has a swimming pool behind the building, and some nice places for the kids to play. We also installed additional wardrobes. The doors are all dark wood, as you can see, so it's a pretty nice finish and style. Here we have a dining area. And that's all property.

Well, 214,000 €, what can I say about the prices, in my opinion it is a very good price, we sold a property here for 240,000 €, and it had a worse view than this one, so actually case 214,000 € for two bedrooms, two bathrooms and with such a view is hard to find here in these towers, as well as with a glassed-in balcony. So you can buy this property that you can immediately move into to live in or you can rent it out if you want through our agency.
