This is a very nice area, it's only 700 meters from the beach, two minutes by car and you can get to one of the best beaches in the area. It's very big, spacious, with crystal clear waters and as you can see here in this urbanization we also have a very nice communal swimming pool that comes with today's apartment which is a 130,000€ bungalow and now it's for sale so I think it's a very good investment, you'll have everything you need here, within walking distance you'll have a mall, all shops, restaurants, supermarket. As you can see, I have a large swimming pool right behind me, it's a stone's throw from the bungalow.

Most apartments in urbanizations do not have access to this. The apartments have a large patio where you could easily set up a table, a few chairs or even a few sun loungers to sunbathe. I think it's very beautiful here. Now we are in the bedrooms, as you can see, the first and master bedroom has air conditioning, it has a built in wardrobe and a window and is very spacious. The second one also has a window and a built-in wardrobe, it has a lot of space and, last but not least, a beautiful bathroom. So let's talk about the price, now this house is for sale, so you can buy it for only 130,000 € and the utility costs here are 600 € per year and there is a tax of 177 €. Which is not so bad, because look at this urbanization, there is a large swimming pool, green areas. I think this is a very good investment because I really like this house, there is a shopping center within walking distance, you will have a supermarket, and many restaurants, on the other street that we have behind us, there is a pharmacy, and also one of our offices. It's a really nice and quiet area and you can live here all year round or rent it out to your tenants.
