Buying bus tickets at Alicante Airport is carried out inside the bus (payment to the driver). Due to the fact that advance booking is not required, sometimes the bus fills up quickly with people, and you have to wait for the next bus for more than 2 hours. The only alternative is to take a taxi from the airport or rent a car.
Departure and arrival at the Torrevieja bus station - Calle del Mar, 50. Tickets are sold at the bus station, ticket price: 7 euros (children under 4 years old are free, ID is required.) Pensioners have a 30% discount. Accreditation is required by presenting a social security card. (This discount only applies to retirees residing in the Valencian region. To prove you are a retiree, you must be over 65 years of age and present a NIE, DNI, or resident card, which must prove that you are a resident of Valencia.)
The bus is equipped with facilities for the disabled, luggage compartment and WiFi.
