As the founder and owner of Alicante Real Estate, I would like to thank you for a great and exciting 2020 and update you on the future development of our company.
Even if we may not have known each other personally and you have been in contact with one of our 22 employees, or have not even been here in person and have only been interested in real estate so far - it has been a very interesting and successful 2020. and also in these difficult times we managed to find simple solutions! Our real estate office in La Mata has been remodeled to give us more space and can now accommodate 6 employees.
We actually sold some properties, completed the sale with a virtual tour, and then sent a power of attorney. There have been good improvements in our services, especially in the area of holiday rentals on Alicante Holiday, we have made great strides so that even in these difficult times we are more successful than last year 2019. In addition, we have opened our holiday rental office and adjoining warehouse with a laundry and ironing station, as well as a team of up to 15 cleaners who will be on the road for you during the summer.
We have opened an additional real estate agency in Santa Pola, which is increasingly successful in the local market and works not only with real estate in Santa Pola, but also in Gran Alacant, Arenales del Sol, La Marina and El Altet .
On January 4, 2021 we will open another real estate office in the heart of Torrevieja with initially 2 multilingual employees and we are still looking for ambitious employees. And from March 2021 we will be h ave a 4th real estate office in Torre la Mata in the former branch of Deutsche Bank that we took over, where we are also looking for additional employees.
As you can see, we now have 5 offices and thus offer a widely diversified service, whether in terms of services or locations. We have also been able to attract early investors who have engaged in profitable investments in the real estate sector and expect strong growth with returns of at least 5% per annum.
Alicante Real Estate is in the process of formation. To be able to help with the opaque insurance market in Spain, we have a freelance insurance broker Monica on our team who is by your side in word and deed when it comes to your insurance. Because, as you know, you can save a lot and be in safe hands - this is a great confidence. Alicante Real Estate has built its strength through investment, innovation and courage in difficult times with no end in sight.
From mid 2021, we will have a full-time Alicante Real Estate Reformas refurbishment team doing everything from small jobs like painting apartments or replacing boilers to complex renovations with the appropriate permits and under the supervision of an architect. Everything from one house - Alicante Real Estate.
In addition, our team is aiming to build a larger franchise system in 2021. Thanks to our partners in England, Poland and Denmark, we have also made significant progress in this area. In the middle of next year we will also offer our own real estate portal, initially only in Spain but soon in other European countries, we will keep you updated.
