As you can see this is one of the best beaches in the area, it's only March but we already have a lot of people enjoying Spain's sunny weather. 

We always say that this is one of the best beaches in the area because it is kilos of beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear waters and this whole area is very attractive in itself and demanded by our clients just because everything you need needed for a quality life. Here, within walking distance, you can see the main square of La Mata, and you will also have a supermarket, pharmacies, all kinds of restaurants very close, so you can really enjoy the area and live here.

Once inside, as you can see, we're right in the living room, which has a dining area and this American kitchen. Now let's see the rest of the apartment, here we have a bathroom and two bedrooms, the best thing they have is a built-in wardrobe, and huge windows, it gives a lot of light, and it's actually a really good place, so I think it's very good, so now let's talk a little about the finances for this apartment, you will have to pay 390 € per year for utilities and 195 € taxes, it's a really good investment, because if you invest some money to renovate it and make it fresh, you can get a really nice apartment here, and you also have the option to purchase a garage and a storage room, but separately, and if you need it.
