Everything is nearby, there is even an additional shelf for wine. If you touch or just look, you will see that everything is done in high quality. This is not one of the cheap kitchens you can get here. Here we have a small toilet, and here is another storage room. Remember, there is another one downstairs, so you have plenty of storage space. This is the main entrance. We just went up the stairs from the living room. There's plenty more room outside. Now we just go up a few steps and here we have two bedrooms. We also have open space here, plus a private solarium upstairs. Look at these beautiful views, pool, additional apartment. 

For all this you pay only 200 € taxes per year and 400 € per year in order to keep everything in this form. This is a great townhouse with everything you need inside.
