Today I will show you a top floor bungalow for only 133,000 € which is a good price for this kind of property because later you will see how good this property is . We are located in Los Frutalis, near Los Locos beach. This is a high demand area because the last time we made a video here we had an offer for €110,000 and in just five days the property was sold via video. Well, and now we have a new property next to that one. It also has a sea view. As you can see, on the left we have a swimming pool. We are very close to Los Locos beach, 300 meters I think, this beach is quite popular in Torrevieja. There are a lot of people and a lot of interesting things, a white beach. Beautiful beach of Torrevieja.
So now we're on the terrace, this property has two. The same terrace has a barbecue area, a small sink and great outdoor space. And a little about the strange things in this room: there is a small decorative window that you can open from two sides and see what's going on in the other room. It's a little weird, I don't know why they did that, but anyway, we have a window here. By the way, there is a swimming pool. Now let's go to the terrace. Well, a great terrace of about 10 m², maybe more or less by a couple of meters. What is very important, all this property is facing south, so both terraces are on the sunny side. But now we have July 22 and 33 degrees, so it's impossible to be here in the summer if you don't have shade here. Summer in Spain is quite hot, but it's only half of July and all of August, the rest of the year the weather is fine and you can enjoy your terraces on the first and second floor.
