Well, now we are inside this apartment. And we will start our tour from the kitchen. A very unusual way to start a property tour, but I remind you that you will need to completely renovate it. So, look at this kitchen from the 70s, in the original state of the time. The owners have almost never lived here, so there is no furniture. They moved her to another property not far from this one. Throughout the kitchen there are brown tiles with unusual colors on them. There is also a boiler here. It's actually not that bad, I think they changed it. The table, by the way, reminds me of Soviet cuisine with its own table, so everyone has breakfast here. But then again, here you need to repair everything and make it for yourself. This bathroom has vintage wooden details, very interesting. Further we have a kitchen, as we have already seen, and a living room. The living room is very large and spacious. Remember, for all this you pay only €90,000, for two bedrooms, a garage, a separate kitchen and a balcony.  And all this is just 40 meters from the sea. You can see it from the balcony if you look to the right. In the living room you can install a TV, there is also a sofa. The door to another room has another impact mark. It seems that something mysterious happened here, but we will not know what. This door leads to the second bedroom. She is much larger than the first. Here you can put a double bed and wardrobe. From here we have access to the terrace. It has two inputs — from the living room and bedroom. From the balcony, as I said, you can see the sea and how close the beach really is.
